Work was actually begun during the end of 2008 with site cleanup, powering up the site and preliminary river work. On March 31st, we broke ground and began building the community building (currently the cabinet shop). We have progressed at a comfortable pace throughout the year and by years end, we were starting to install the roof trusses. We have completed the community building, installed interior walls downstairs, and painted most of the downstairs. Doors and windows are built for the downstairs and cabinet construction is completed for the first two apartment.
