A new water pump and pressure tank were installed in the well house. Plumbing systems that had been installed to date were pressure tested. Four gardeners were hired to start making repairs and improvements to the landscaping. Doors for the Community building were roughed out, frames were begun. General electrical wiring was completed on the downstairs of the pool building, Apartment #4. Rough stucco work was completed on Apartment #4, and finish coating was begun.
