Community building door work continues, sanding and shaping the curvatures. Numerous gardeners are hired to begin the gardening. The rose garden is cleared, the rock walls rebuilt. The lower terracing is begun, and rock walls are started on the upper terrace. The interior of apartment #4 is nearing finish of rough stucco, and finish stuccoing has begun.
